Return Policy

1. The company will accept a refund and/or product change within 10 business days, from the purchase date listed on the receipt. If 10 business days have surpassed, the company reserves the right not to refund or change the product.

2. Customers can request a refund or a change of product. The customer must return the product to the company, with the product still being in perfect condition with no damage done to the product or the product box (packaging may be opened).

3. Customers must provide proof of purchase (receipt) - Customers can only request a refund or to change the product in the following cases:

3.1. Wrong product delivery or wrong product formula for the customer

3.2. An expired product was delivered to the customer

3.3. Delivery of a product that bears no resemblance to the photo shown of the product during purchase

3.4 Delivery of damaged or defective product to customer

4. The company reserves the right to inspect the returned goods before any refund or change of product is provided

5. If the customer wishes to change the product with a product that costs more, the customer is liable to pay the price difference. The customer is fully responsible for all delivery costs incurred in this instance.

6. The company reserves the right not to accept any returns in a few cases, such as if the customer is not satisfied with the product after usage, or the product change requested by the customer falls under a different product category.

7. In the case of receiving a damaged or expired product, please inform our staff immediately by calling 02-238-8888 from 9am - 5pm on business days (Mon-Fri), except Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays.

8. The company reserves the right to change the product, policy and conditions as it deems appropriate.

Refund Policy

The company will deduct 10% service charge from the total order value before refunding the rest of the money to the customer, provided the customer complaint and product return falls under the terms and conditions provided by the company. In the case of a refund, customers must submit documents and accounting evidence, in order for the company to begin processing refunds. Refunds will take 30-45 business days and the company will inform the customer once the refund has been made.

2 types of delivery services are provided:

1. Express Mail (EMS)

  • Provincial (2-3 business days)

2. Private Transport (Kerry Express)

  • Bangkok and suburbs (1-2 business days)
  • Provincial (2-3 business days)

The company is closed and will not deliver products on weekends and public holidays.


Customers can order products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In case of public holidays, the company will ship the product on the next business day.
